Lemon Nut Bread

 Bermuda Lemon Nut Bread

  • 1 grated Bermuda Lemon rind
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • ¼ cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1½ cup of flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
