Lemon Nut Bread
Bermuda Lemon Nut Bread
1 grated Bermuda Lemon rind
1 cup of milk
2 eggs, separated
¼ cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1½ cup of flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ cup chopped walnuts
